The 10-Minute Workout for Zero Motivation Days

Always struggling to find the time and motivation to exercise?

If you said yes, you’re not alone.

And there’s nothing wrong with you!!

Especially during these long, out-of-your-regular-routine days of summer, getting motivated to do a full workout is a struggle.

But NOT exercising shouldn’t be an option!

JUST ONE THING

In these moments, what you need most is NOT more motivation…

Your JUST ONE THING When You Have Zero Motivation

Quick and Easy Routine

What you need is a super quick routine that:

✔️ You can do anywhere (no gym equipment required!),

✔️ Takes only 10 minutes

✔️ Feels really good for your entire body.

✔️ Even better if it’s not too hard or intense!

I’ve got one that’s perfect for this situation.

Easy, Beginner-Friendly Exercises to Get Started Strengthening

  1. Chair Sit-to-Stand - Do 10 reps (the taller the chair, the easier)
  2. Wall Push-Ups - Do 10 reps
  3. Chair Bear Crawls - Do 5 reps

Extra Tip: Do this circuit of exercises 2-4 times through and you’ll be working all your major muscle groups! If this feels SUPER easy, use a lower height for the push-ups, like your countertop or a couch, and do a full plank instead of the chair bear crawls.

Did You Know...

  • Just 3 exercises (one for upper body, lower body, and a core exercise) is enough to stimulate your muscles and keep you “in the game”.
  • No equipment workouts (routines that use just your own bodyweight) tend to be more motivating to accomplish than routines that require a full gym.
  • Motivation snowballs. Start by doing just one exercise, and the chances that it will lead to another exercise and then another one is quite high!

Until next week... Be strong💪
