Full Body Strengthening in 10 min?!

Don't Wait For The Perfect Schedule

Summer is here ☀️

At least for those of us in the Northern Hemisphere!

And with it comes travel, changing schedules, and unpredictable routines.

Unfortunately, exercising is often the first thing to go when life gets busy.

But the truth is when you're not staying active:

- Aches and pains start to creep in
- Your energy drops
- And your risk of getting hurt goes way up

So, to help you avoid this I’ve got a great, simple routine you can do pretty much anywhere.

Because, let’s be honest, the longer and more complicated a routine is, the less likely you’ll follow through and do it consistently.

JUST ONE THING

You don’t need much to stay active and feel fit.

Your JUST ONE THING to Stay healthy This Summer

Move a Little Every Day

Make a personal commitment to do something active everyday this summer, no matter what.

You could:

- Go for a bike ride.

- Take a brisk walk.

- Do some deep stretching.

- Try a quick full-body workout (this one’s a winner!).

I have a super easy routine that can be done anywhere.

No equipment needed. It’s a simple way to keep your body moving and take care of yourself all summer long.

You don’t need much to stay active and feel fit.

10-Minute Beginner Strength Training Routine

  1. Glute Bridges - 10 reps
  2. Bent-over W’s - 10 reps
  3. Elevated push-ups - 10 reps
  4. Split squats - 10 reps per side

Extra Tip: No warm-up needed! Just do your first set through this circuit a bit more slowly, focusing on having good form to prep and engage your muscles. Then move a little quicker for 3 or 4 more sets. The total time to do this is about 10 minutes!

Did You Know...

  • Lifting weights is great for added resistance for your muscles. But when you don’t have access to weights, bodyweight-only strength training is an excellent option!
  • Is 10 minutes enough? Yes! 10 minutes of exercise performed periodically over the course of the day is highly effective at lowering blood pressure and improving all your other health markers.
  • Waiting for your schedule to be perfect before you start working on your health can lead to weeks and months of missed opportunities and gradually declining health. Just start small!

Until next week... Be strong💪
